WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept various methods of payment for our services, including Cash, Credit or Debit Card, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and via this Yoko link.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. We provide a satisfaction guarantee for our services. Warranties are job specific and will happily provide you with a breakdown upon request. It's important to note that while we ensure the durability of our work, we do not assume responsibility for general wear and tear or manufacturer warranties. We recommend reviewing manufacturer warranty information for specific products or components.

IS THERE A CALL OUT FEE FOR QUOTATIONS?

Yes, we do have a call-out fee in place. Our standard call-out fee is set at R650. This fee covers the cost of dispatching a qualified plumber to your location, conducting a thorough inspection, and providing an on-site quotation. In the event that you decide to proceed with the quoted work during the on-site visit, the call-out fee will be waived and you will only be billed for the agreed-upon services.

IS THERE A DEDICATED AFTER-HOURS TEAM FOR EMERGENCIES?

Yes, we maintain a 24/7, 365-days-a-year emergency response team. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO INCASE OF A PLUMBING EMERGENCY BEFORE YOUR TEAM ARRIVES?

If possible, turn off the water supply to the affected area and avoid using plumbing fixtures until our team arrives. This can help minimize damage.

CAN YOU ASSIST WITH RENOVATIONS OR NEW CONSTRUCTION PLUMBING PROJECTS?

Absolutely. We have experience in both residential and commercial plumbing projects, including renovations and new construction.
